Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, Live a Tahoe Day will accept for a full refund or exchange items that are unaltered (unworn and unwashed) and in new condition. Please provide an explanation for the return/exchange on the Return Form that was included with your order.

Purchase Credits for Refunds and Exchanges

Any purchase credits will be processed to your credit card or Paypal account within 3-5 business days after your return/exchange has been processed. Customer will pay for any shipping costs related to a Refund or Exchange.

Defective Items

We will also accept for a full refund or exchange any items found to be defective. Please provide an explanation of the defect on the Return Form that was included with your order.

Purchase Credits for Defective Items

Any purchase credits will be processed to your credit card or Paypal account within 3-5 business days after your return/exchange has been processed. Live a Tahoe Day will cover any shipping costs for Defective Item returns up to the amount of the shipping cost of your original order.

Shipping Returns

All returns originating from the United States must be handled by the USPS (United States Postal Service). Please contact us with any questions regarding return shipping.
